On July 24, 2010 at 6:30 pm, Emerging Young Artists Productions an affiliate of mjbDesigns For You will showcase emerging young artists
from the greater Hartford community, and of special interest, are students from
A.I. Prince Technical High School. This event will take place at the Artist
Collective, 1200 Albany Avenue, Hartford, CT.
The mission of Emerging Young Artists Productions an affiliate of mjbDesigns For You (EYAP) is to support and promote gifted
young students from the ages of 14-23 with a special interest in
“at-risk-youth” interested in the arts.It is a mission to uplift students who are gifted in the arts, i.e.,
fashion design, art, language arts, and modeling.
EYAP believes when properly mentored,
gifted students will eventually excel in other areas of studies as well and as
such will become productive happy well adjusted contributing citizens of
society.Hence, EYAP seeks to utilize
the program as a pathway to increasing learning and knowledge in our
students.Additionally, the EYAP
program will provide students with the confidence and courage to do well in all
disciplines of study.
Students
identified and selected by EYAP must strive for a B or greater at all times
but must maintain an average grade of C or higher while work is displayed and or
participating in EYAP Productions programs.Works of art include any form of artistic creativity such as fashion
design, modeling, paintings, drawings, poetry, short stories, graphics, etc.
In keeping with our goal for the Greater
Hartford gifted emerging young youth, we ask for your support in this
mission.Your organization can support
this mission through any vehicle you think is appropriate. Or your organization can support
this mission through the following vehicles listed below:
(1)Buy ten (10) $25
tickets in exchange for a full page ad listing your organization as a
contributor
(2)Buy five (5)
$25.00 tickets in exchange for a half page ad listing your organization as a
contributor.
(3)Buy three (3)
$25.00 tickets in exchange for a ¼ page ad listing your organization as a
contributor
(4)Buy one (1) –
two (2) tickets for your company to be listed as a contributor
(5)Contribute a
service or item of monetary value that can be included in the raffle.
(6) Donate a ticket to youth who cannot afford to go here.

organization will be listed in the program
